ARK Assist is the group's business-facing technology company, and the route most commercial work comes through. ARK Connect and ARK Backup sit alongside it for communications and backup.
Projects
A one-acre property in Warsash asked an open question: what could make the house smart? We started with the infrastructure, not the gadgets — traced and tested every existing cable, built a central rack, and put nine access points, seven cameras and Home Assistant on top of it.
A precision manufacturer's ageing flat network was causing daily dropouts on the shop floor. We redesigned and replaced it in phases, working out of hours so production never stopped.
A professional services firm had every client file on one failing server. We migrated them to Microsoft 365 over a weekend, added monitored backup, and retired the hardware.
