What we do with your information.
This notice covers weareark.uk. The individual ARK businesses publish their own notices on their own sites.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, organisation and the message you write. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know how you reached us.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to pass it to the right ARK business. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they're being dealt with and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Ask and we'll delete yours.
Analytics
Analytics only run if you accept them. Nothing is loaded before you choose. See cookies for the detail.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
